The stock item will be shipped within 3 working days on payment received. We will advise you of the delivery date when we receive your payment. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification.
1. If your item does not arrive within the delivery date we have informed, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed.
2. In term of lost item, we will the returned the items by the postal service that has previously chosen by the buyer.
3. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
Breakage and Damaged Items
1. If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email us, we will discuss options in particular case. e: email@example.com. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.
2. In term of refund item, the items returned to us by the postal service marked as claimed in red by the receiver. The buyer will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend the substitute item. We will give you new item, however, the buyer has the responsibility to pay the import tax and delivery fee to arrival country.
